This notice describes the processing of personal data collected through this landing page, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

2. Data collected
By completing one of the forms on the landing page, the following data is collected:
- “Free preview” form: name, email address, sector or type of business, current website or profile (if provided), a description of what you sell and to whom.
- “Free analysis” form: name, email address, link to the existing site, an optional note on what you’d like to improve.
Incidentally, when the form is submitted the following are also recorded: IP address, country of origin, browser user-agent, referring page (referrer) and submission timestamp. This data is used solely for security, spam prevention and aggregate statistics.
3. Purposes of processing
- Responding to contact requests and providing the requested material (site preview or video analysis).
- Any subsequent communications, solely related to the request sent, unless otherwise indicated by the data subject.
- Tax and administrative obligations connected with any professional relationship that may be established.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the explicit consent given by the data subject by ticking the box at the bottom of the form (Art. 6(1) (a) GDPR) and, where applicable, on the performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Retention
Data is retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the request received and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from the last meaningful contact, unless a professional relationship is established (in which case the statutory terms for contractual and tax records apply).
6. Disclosure to third parties (data processors)
The collected data may be processed by the following external providers, acting as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), contact management and transactional email sending. Privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), page hosting and technical receipt of the forms. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland), Meta Pixel for measurement and attribution of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (e.g. Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other adequate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
8. Cookies and tracking technologies
The landing page uses:
- Technical cookies, necessary for the site to function (e.g. anti-spam honeypot, session management).
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram Ads), sets the
_fbpand_fbccookies to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and the Lead event at the moment of the contact request. The pixel is not used for third-party behavioural advertising. You can opt out of Meta tracking from your Facebook account settings or via anti-tracking browser extensions.
9. Rights of the data subject
At any time you can exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR:
- access your data;
- request its rectification or erasure;
- restrict or object to processing;
- request portability;
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given previously);
- lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
